Have you ever felt like you were falling into a deep dark abyss? Or felt embarrassed, shameful, confused, or clueless in your relationship? Well, that's what happened to me. One night while laying in bed with my then, spouse of 17 years, I decided it was a good time for pillow talk and I asked the question, "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" The response I received changed my life. You see, this wasn't my first time asking this question. I would ask after we had reached the goals or dreams we desired. 

This time it was different in that I could hear agitation and the mood and tone were off. So, I decided that I would begin working on myself personally over the next year. I was a wife, a mom of 3 daughters, a caregiver for 2 years for my mom in law who had a stroke and was paralyzed on one side, a full time student, a full time employee, and a Discipleship Facilitator at my church which was a 3 year program commitment. I was also a hair stylist, along with other activities in church, and home. And, I forgot to mention that I was a relational life coach as well. Do you see yourself yet? 
 

I decided that instead of falling into a dark abyss and becoming hopeless about my future, I gave myself permission to become my greatest self and you can too.  I changed my diet, began exercising, lost 45 lbs, and had a mommy makeover. I took charge of my life after taking care of everyone else for almost 30 years. I got my sexy back!! I discovered my purpose and I was on my way to my destiny.

You just need to make a commitment to yourself and take action. It's time to dream big and capture your joy again.
